Sudha Murty is one of the most Famous Indian Writers of the 21st Century. She is a social worker, and philanthropist and was born in 1950 in Shiggaon, Karnataka. She has done engineering from the B.V.B College of Engineering and Technology in Hubli and a master’s in computer science from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. She decided to pursue writing and has written over 200 books—including novels, short stories, and non-fiction—in both English and Kannada, and she also wrote on social topics. Some of her most famous books include How I Taught My Grandmother to Read and Other Stories, Grandma's Bag of Stories, Wise and Otherwise - A Salute to Life, Mahashweta, Man from the Egg, and many more.

Amish Tripathi

Amish Tripathi is an Indian novelist best known for the Ram Chandra series and the Shiva Trilogy, two of his most popular works. He was born in Bombay, Maharashtra, India, in 1974, and graduated from Mumbai's St. Xavier's College with a degree in finance. The Immortals of Meluha, his first novel, was published in 2010 and marked the beginning of his literary career. The latter two books in the trilogy, The Oath of the Vayuputras (2013) and The Secret of the Nagas (2011), wrap up the story of Shiva. Tripathi began the Ram Chandra series, which is based on the life of Lord Ram, after the Shiva Trilogy's popularity. He has received several awards for his writing, including the Society Young Achievers Award for Literature in 2013 and the Crossword Book Award in the Popular category in 2019. Tripathi currently lives in Mumbai with his wife, Preeti, and their two children.

 Durjoy Datta

Durjoy Datta is an Indian author and screenwriter, born on 7 February 1987 in Mehsana, Gujarat. He completed his schooling at Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura, and pursued a degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi Technological University. Datta's writing career began with his first novel, Of Course, I Love You! which he co-authored with Maanvi Ahuja. Since then, he has authored several other books, including Now That You’re Rich! Till The Last Breath, The Perfect Us, and The Boy with a Broken Heart, among others. Apart from his writing and entrepreneurial ventures, Datta has also worked as a screenwriter for several popular TV shows and movies, including Sadda Haq, Million Dollar Girl, and Twisted.

 Shashi Tharoor

Shashi Tharoor is an Indian politician, diplomat, and author, born on March 9, 1956, in London, United Kingdom. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Stephen's College in Delhi. Tharoor went on to earn a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in International Relations and Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. The excellent speaker Tharoor has delivered a number of speeches on subjects including politics, history, and literature. For his writing and contributions to Indian politics, he has won a number of honors, including the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman, Sahitya Akademi Award, and Crossword Book Award. Preeti Shenoy is an Indian author and blogger. She attended Kendriya Vidyalaya during her school years.
